Tyne & Wear
Tyne & Wear is where we do most of our day-to-day work — dense Victorian terraces and Tyneside flats across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and the coastal towns, alongside newer estates further out.
Northumberland
Northumberland covers everything from the new-town estates of Cramlington and Killingworth-adjacent areas to the older stone-built market towns of Morpeth and Hexham and the ex-colliery terraces of Ashington and Bedlington.
County Durham
County Durham's towns carry a strong ex-mining heritage — pit-village terraces in Stanley and Consett, market-town housing in Durham and Chester-le-Street, and harbour-trade terraces in Seaham.
